Its Muse Monday and we'd like you to meet one of ours: Kristen. 
What do you love about Pilates?:
- I love feeling stronger, and more toned. But what I really found I loved was learning about the human anatomy - how it all connects and why you're body acts a certain way. The teachers all really know their stuff.

What's your favourite body part to work?:
- Hip flexors! I didn’t know what that was 3 months ago, but now I realize how much they effect the rest of my body. 
Fave Pilates move:
- Side planks. Never thought I’d say that, but it’s the move that I most notice the strength I’ve build since starting pilates. 
Move you love to hate:
- Teaser. It hurts so good. 
Who or what is your muse:
- Keri’s butt
Pro Tip: When you're doing footwork on the Reformer focus on your feet to engage your glutes more.  Spread your toes, plant and push into your heels with purpose and feel your glutes come alive. Try it when you are on your bicycle (when spring finally decides to show its pretty head) too and you will have a whole different experience. .

Now and then! Looking back there’s been a lot of changes at The Muse. For one - Keri’s ass is bigger Alwyn’s is smaller. Alwyn’s hair is shorter Keri’s is longer. There’s more stuff on the walls and three years of energy from amazing people fill the space now and there’s been stories and laughter and tears and growth. But the Love and passion for Pilates and the support and laughter- unchanged. .
