If you are working with an injury or other conditions, therapeutic Pilates or yoga is an ideal way to restore your body and speed up your recovery.  Taking the time with one of our skilled and experienced instructors to increase joint stability and mobility, and correct postural and muscular imbalances will reduce current pain and prevent further injury. Challenging your body with care, while learning about its biomechanics and having fun while doing so, will leave you feeling strong and empowered, in body and mind.
