Our reformer training produces thoughtful, skilled, creative and compassionate teachers. Like with our Mat Training we do more than just teach you a repertoire of exercise. We dive deep into the why of each exercise and how to modify for a diversity of students and the different needs they bring.

We prepare our students to think on their feet; to teach group classes and private clients safely and confidently. We employ a variety of different hands-on learning tools to cater to different learning styles. Expect lots of supported practice teaching and integrative learning in this course that runs over several months to let it all sync in.
