Lindsay (she/her) believes that the ability to move through life with an open and curious mind is a true gift. Before discovering her love for Pilates, she tried a countless number of movement practices, Ballet, Muay Thai Boxing, Yoga, Belly Dancing, bootcamps, weight training and aerobics, just to name a few. She remembers her first Pilates class well, because it was the first time she truly felt strong and connected to her body and walked away feeling very excited to go back for more. Lindsay’s career as a movement teacher began at Humber College, where she studied anatomy and physiology. Certified at Body Harmonics originally, Lindsey is a lifelong learner has continued her education and completed Prenatal Pilates and Neurophysiology at Body Harmonics, a 200 RTYCertification in Bali; Jane Clapps ‘Movement for Trauma’ course among countless other curious and professional courses. Most recently she has trained to become a Muse Master Trainer and is excited to join the Teacher Training Faculty where she to hopes to ignite the same passion for Pilates she has; witness the curiosity in her students and be a part of their unique journey into movement.
