Not at all. We welcome a range of experience levels. What matters most is your curiosity, commitment to learning, and interest in movement as a form of care and connection.
You do not need to be able to perform or “do an exercise well” to be part of our training. It is not part of our philosophy. We don’t care what your shapes are, but that you understand and can teach what the intention behind each move is.

Each program has a different schedule, but expect a mix of weekend sessions, self-directed study, and class attendance. A full breakdown will be available on each program page.

Many of our students balance training with other responsibilities. We design the schedule to be manageable but it does require focus, planning, and a genuine investment of time and energy.

Yes, we aim to make our training more accessible through limited scholarship spots. Details, deadlines, and how to apply will be listed on each program page.

Yes. Upon successful completion of the program and its requirements, you’ll be certified through Muse Movement. You’ll leave with the skills and confidence to start teaching right away.

This is a complicated topic with a lot to consider and a lot of nuance. You will never get to do your first training again so we suggest that the main questions you should be asking are: “Which schools are most aligned with the kind of teacher I want to be? From whom do I want to learn?”

We allow for 8 hours of missed training in case of emergency but only of the exercises and if you complete the self study we assign you. If you miss a workshop you will have to make it up in paid private hours . We guide you individually how to make up lost time when necessary.

Our community is super supportive. Our teachers love to help you, but please be mindful of their time and don’t expect they can stop everything they are doing to answer your questions. Ask for permission.
We have a mentorship program should you wish to continue diving into your training.

Each training requires a $1000 deposit to hold your spot in the coveted and waitlisted program. There are no refunds on deposits. There are no refunds on deposits.
If you are unable to participate in the program, you may be differ your enrolment if you withdraw at least five weeks before the start date and we are able to fill your spot.
Deferrals are subject to a $150 administrative fee.
You must provide at least three months' notice for the training session you wish to join.
Our deferral policy is valid for up to two years and you can only defer once.
The remaining tuition balance is due one month before the training begins.
