Muse Movement Studio Policies

1. General

Building Hours: Artscape doors open Mon–Fri, 9am–7pm and Sat-Sun, 9am-5pm.
Outside these hours, your instructor will meet you at the ArtHubs front door.
Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.
If you are more than 5 minutes late for your class when the building doors are open you will not be admitted and considered a late cancel.
Outside building hours if you’re not outside the ArtHubs building front doors 1 minute before class, you will be marked as a late cancel lose your class credit or be charged as a no -show.
Waiver: Sign your waiver through your Momence account before attending.
Shoes: Please leave street shoes on mats at the entryway — no shoes in the studio.

Respect Always: No racism, violence, harassment, discrimination, intolerance, or name-calling. See our [Anti-Racism Policy].
Noise Level: Keep voices low in the hallway of the building, if in the studio and another class is in session.
Phones: Off during class. No phones in the studio unless it’s an emergency (inform your instructor).
Age Minimum: 16+ (no children observing classes).
Leaving Early: Let your instructor know before class.
Injuries & Adjustments: Share any injuries/restrictions before class. Hands-on adjustments only with your consent.
Shared Space: Group classes are not private sessions. Raise your hand for questions — please do not interrupt.
Disruption Policy: Participants who disrupt class may be asked to leave.

Auto-Renew: All memberships renew monthly.
Cancel via info@musemovement.ca at least 1 month before the intended end date.
Holds: Up to 2 holds/year, max 3 months each.
Commitment: 4 month minimum.
Early cancellations: Pay difference between membership rate & drop-in rate for attended classes + $50 admin fee.
Credits: No roll-over (except member perk below). Not transferable between Mat & Reformer. Member credits are not transferable to any one else.
Billing: From purchase date; payments recur monthly from date of first booked class.
Class Cancellation: 12 hrs for group classes, $10 no-show for reformer

Extra Drop-Ins: Available at your membership per-class rate (auto-applied in Momence).
One Rollover Credit allowed per month. Please 'email @info@musemovement.ca or text us if you need a credit rolled over to your next month'.
10% Off workshops & events (some restrictions apply).
Early Access to promotions.
Member-Only Pricing for one private session per membership cycle.
Bring-a-Friend Free: One free friend pass every 2 months.

Group Classes (Mat & Reformer): Cancel ≥ 12 hrs before class to keep your credit. Late arrivals more than 5 minutes unable to enter = late cancel.
No-Show Fee (Reformer Only): $10 fee + loss of credit.
Private Classes: Cancel ≥ 24 hrs in advance to keep your credit
Workshops: Paid in full upon enrollment, non-refundable if participant cancels.
Teacher Training: Deposits and full payment are non-refundable.
Studio Class Cancellations: Muse may cancel classes up to 1 hr before start — you’ll be notified and credited back.

Single Reformer: 1 month
10 Class (Reformer & Mat): 4 months
50 Class (Reformer & Mat): 1 Year
INTRO OFFERS (Reformer, Mat & Combo & Private Sessions ): 14 days from first booked class
New Student Special – Private Sessions: 14 days from purchase
5 Private Pack: 3 months
10 Private Pack: 6 months
No transfer between Mat & Reformer credits

Payment Required: All reformer, mat, and workshop classes must be paid upon registration.
No Refunds: All pricing options are non-refundable & non-extendable.
Transfers: If you are unable to use your class pack credits, the remainder of your class pack may be transferred in full to a friend/family member. You will no longer have access to the class pack.
No transfer between group and private session credits.
Workshop Refunds:

Studio Cancellations: Muse Movement may cancel workshops up to 1 week prior — full refund provided.

Students’ dogs are not permitted unless they are service dogs or pre-approved for training/comfort reasons.
Last-minute subs mean we cannot guarantee a dog-free class.
If uncomfortable, request that the dog be kept in the change room.

Mat Studio: Dog-free (service dogs excepted- please reach out to us if you need to bring your service dog to class).
