Jennifer Viveiros (she/her) Teacher, Muse Movement Teacher Training Graduate

Muse: Nature, sun and sea, rhythm, music, diverse cultures and landscapes

Jennifer has been studying movement for over 20 years. From an early age she’s had a desire to provide body education and guide people to live healthy lifestyles. Jennifer studied exercise physiology and biochemistry at McMaster University before obtaining her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree at CMCC. As a varsity athlete she sustained many injuries that led her to pursue Chiropractic care and Physiotherapy, and has been a student of physical rehabilitation for many years. Throughout her academic career she has worked as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. As a Chiropractor she has worked in Australia and Canada with very diverse populations of bodies, ages and abilities. Jennifers’ Chiropractic career was always accentuated by incorporating movement practice with her patients. She was introduced to Pilates and the reformer 10 years ago and immediately knew this would be a sustainable practice for longevity and managing spinal health and injuries for herself and her clients. She has taught rehab classes and worked one on one with patients in a clinical and community setting. A Muse student since the doors opened 9 years ago she recently completed her Comprehensive Mat and Reformer Pilates certification through Muse Movement.
